My TOC's don't have the hyperlink. I've turned off every dad-blamed
auto-whatever that MS turns on by default. Try this, it might help:
From the Word online help:
1 On the Tools menu, click AutoCorrect, and then click the AutoFormat As You
Type tab.
2 Under Replace as you type, select the Internet and network paths with
hyperlinks check box. (to turn it off)
