I will be interviewing some people this week for a contract tech writing
position. This position is somewhat entry-level, and will not require a lot
of technical experience to start out with. Having never interviewed someone
before, I'm not sure exactly what to ask in the interview. Does anyone have
suggestions on what I can ask the candidates in the interviews?
