is someone who cannot be effective in an environment which holds with "the
old business saying, 'Only two percent(2%) of all people [employees] are
problem solvers, the rest are just along for the ride.'" You might say
teamwork, though robust, is extremely context sensitive. You might also
adapt an old military saying and say "Pity the team that needs heros."
