Does anyone want to share any tips in creating PDFs from Word 2000?

Yes Pleeeease!!!!

I am using Word 2000 and have just sent two different PDFs to my printing bureau, both times they said they couldn't read the files and wondered if it had to do with the fonts (we're using a custom made font + UniversCondensed + UniversCondensedBold for bolding text). The second time I even embedded the fonts (they are all TTF fonts) and used Adobe Exchange settings for Version 2.01.

All files have been created with Adobe Distiller.

Any ideas?
