Also speaking as a hiring manager, I say, no. I wouldn't want to see more
than three pages, but there is no good reason to hold an experienced
writer down to an arbitrary number of pages. Again, I have a three-page
resume, and believe me, I have done a lot of pruning and prioritizing.
