Hi, all,

I've updated the TECHWR-L Poll with a new question:

When you learn (not document) a new software program
and you encounter problems, you first:

* Look for answers in online help
* Look for answers in online documentation
* Look for answers in hardcopy documentation
* Look for answers in third-party documentation
* Search in newsgroups, list archives, or on the Web
* Post a question to a mailing list or newsgroup
* Ask the techie guy/gal down the hall
* Puzzle it out on your own
* Give up
* Other/none of the above

Participate in the poll (and access results) at
http://www.raycomm.com/techwhirl/index.php3.

If you haven't yet participated in the previous
polls, you can still do so. Use the Results link
in the poll box, and then choose the Vote option
available with the previous poll questions.

Thanks for participating!
Deborah
