Subject:re Is "Errata" to antiquated? From:"Mark L. Levinson" <mark_levinson -at- yahoo -dot- com> To:techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com Date:Thu, 4 May 2000 01:34:04 -0700 (PDT)
True, "Errata" is the mot juste and there
are probably some readers to whom it will
be new. For them, I would call it free
education. They will not be confused
because (a) the word begins with "err"
and that's a pretty strong clue, and
(b) the rest of the sheet, consisting of
a list of errors, is already staring them
in the face.
