The simplest solution to put a small piece of frame-busting javascript at
the top of the page. That accomplishes two things:

1) it gets rid of the unwanted frame, banner and all.

2) it retains the web traffic he's driecting your way.

There is a site on the web that takes over completely, which can foil this.
I forget its name, now, but it actually brings your page through its server
and strips out all your framebusting attempts before forwarding it on to
the browser. For that site I simply recommend blocking all access from it
to yours, via server permissions if possible.

The reason I like the framebusting approach is that it kills the
interloper's interference without causing the user more frustration than
necessary. Someone who tries to follow the link to your site and is blocked
will simply go to another site; you'll lose the traffic and possibly make a
vocal enemy.

OTOH, if you let them at your content and simply get rid of the interloper,
you may gain a regular visitor. After all, now that your page is in the
URL, they can bookmark you for future visits, something the previous
arrangement was hindering.
