This discussion on commas brought back a memory to me. I am sure a number
of you are familiar with Red Dwarf. In one episode Rimmer is dictating:

"I believe - comma - that I can - comma - safely - comma - say - comma -
that the - comma - race - comma - who placed - comma - this - comma - . . .
. . . ."

I am sure you get the idea.
