Connie, damn grrl, you're staring to sould like Plato. LOL! Unfortunately I too
have worked for the government, and am also always trying to figure out why it
is that I want to move abroad and be an expatriot?

To get to the point, which I think we need to do since I think, and probably
lots of you do, that this has gotten into an ARGUMENT, process and content are
important. How we do our different jobs really depends on WHO we work for. The
government has its own peculiarities that make process more important for them,
and a 120 day net not unusual...

Dan, you should stop talking about me on the Frame list, I have friends there...
