Is your goal to make your small run look like a big run? If not, consider
whether you really need all that packaging.

We develop software which is heavily customized and frequently updated and
we want our customers to realize that it is not a mass market off-the
shelf product. Our CD runs are typically 20 to 100. Instead of packaging
of questionable quality, we use clear jewel cases and let the label that
the duplication house puts on the CD shine through. Looks clean and neat
and helps to foster the "not mass produced" look we are after.

Just 2 cents which may not apply on your situation - but may in someone's.
