I don't like the use of "worst folks' in that sentence. Use of MJ has been
advocated by numerous physicians and specialists, as well as patient advocacy
groups, as a means of countering weight-loss problems from certain diseases and
infections. If I had to smoke pot, to keep an appetite, to keep my weight up, to
potentially alleviate the damage of my condition, this makes me one of the
"worst folks"?
