True, this one cost me $135 which is pocket change for most of you, a lot of money for me.

This problem increases when the candidate is a contractor. You are missing
out on several hours of paid work to write silly tests about peanut butter
and jelly. Really people! I calculated that one interview that included
tests cost me $120 in lost wages.
