We aren't being forced because there are lots of available tech
jobs. But, suppose you are a single parent who got laid off from your
factory assembly line job six months ago and the landlord is in the process
of dragging your belongings out into the street for non-payment of rent and
your 6 children are crying because they are hungry and this is the only
company in your town that hires assembly line workers. If the company says
that you must give them your firstborn child as a condition of employment
and you say okay so that you can buy food for your other 5 children, would
you call this free choice? I would say your ARE being forced to submit to a
violation of your rights.
