The large number of off-topic posts last week made me think that everyone
should know -- if they don't already -- about another list, TechComm, also
for technical writers. TechComm is specifically for folks who want to stray
a little off topic. (Actually, it can stray pretty far off topic at times
... ) In fact, the only officially taboo subject over there is whether or
not a given post was appropriate for the list.

If you're interested in joining TechComm, send the command:
