In an ideal world, and if there were justice, NEVER.

Back to reality: "E-deploy" probably refers to deployment via the web. I
believe I have seen it used in a couple of instances. It might be a good
idea to clarify its use from the source, if that's possible. "E-deploy"
seems a little vague.
