I haven't had much trouble with CTS, but comfort in using a pointing device
has long been an issue for me. I use a trackball, the Logitech Trackman
Marble FX, with the acceleration cranked way up to accommodate the large
screen format I've chosen (21" at 1600 x 1200 pixels). This has worked so
well for me that I personally have bought my own two Trackmans -- the first
day on the job, I bring in my "work" one to replace the workstation mouse.
Disclaimer:
-----------
I'm a leftie who uses his right (non-dominant) hand for pointing, and I
don't believe Logitech makes a left-handed version of this trackball -- no
harm in asking them, I suppose.
