These two posts accentuate the meaning of, and problem with,
localization. That is, localization is not personalization.
A localized product will be translated to French for sale
in France, to Italian for sale in Italy, and to English for
sale in the US. So here, it would seem that the term "localized"
is the one to use. In the case of a transplanted worker, there
is no provision to provide the text in the worker's native
tongue.
