All of the "atmospheric" benefits are nice, but none IMO makes up for
pay so low that people jump ship after their training period.

depends on what is served for lunch :-) That is, no. It doesn't take
Alan Greenspan to figure out that an occasional lunch is a far smaller
expenditure than a salary increase.

~|>free coffee, tea, and cocoa
no. I'd expect this anywhere.

I like them, and appreciate the flexible schedule I have, but VISA
doesn't accept them as payment.

~|>occasional telecommuting acceptable (once a week is the standard)
I like the idea, but VISA doesn't accept it as payment.

~|>casual dress
no. I appreciate not having to dress up, but...

~|>a standard 40-hour week
no; that _should_ be expected. A "benefit" would be generous overtime
pay.
