My take: You can't eat atmosphere!

The "atmospheric benefits" the company is offering are actually less than
what most places in the Boston/128/495 area are offering. For example, DAILY
lunches are not uncommon.

Ultimately, the atmosphere is just one consideration. If you're not in the
business of saving the world, you deserve a competitive wage as well as
"atmosphere."

(If you ARE in the business of saving the world, nobody could ever pay you
enough!)
