Yes, ultimately all positions are "contract" in one
way or another. I've seen people put in 30 years at a
company, only to be turned out onto the street with 24
hours notice, and, often losing the 401K contributions
and other benefits they had.

Bottom line is that it all comes down to
money...integrity, hard-work, loyalty, and dedication
mean very little in the current market.

Remember when showing up everyday and on-time meant
something? Means very little now....
