I would argue that that's the very reason we don't hire stupid folks to be
nuclear reactor technicians, or airline pilots, and that it's also why
ballots are submitted to _both_ parties for approval prior to elections. Of
course, that doesn't mean that the folks reviewing the ballots are that
bright. In fact, I'd probably say that the fact that they're party officials
points in the other direction. <g>
