All,

This is probably documented elsewhere, but... in case it saves
anybody some time...

A Word doc, of perhaps 15 pages, had the last ten pages all
overlaid on each other. It printed out the same way (gee,
I don't think that's what "parallel printing" is supposed
to mean...).

In Normal View I inserted a hard New Page after each of eight
imported Excel tables, even though there was already a
soft page-break below each table. That change made the
doc properly viewable and printable for all.

The originator and the people who saw no problem were using
Office 97; the rest of us, who had the problem, Office 2k.

I guess a soft page-break is a different animal, across
the versions.

Now, back to my FrameMaker. :-)

Regards,

Kevin McLauchlan
