You could try to print the graphics to PDF (or print to PostScript then distill), then rotate them in Acrobat and export to EPS. The EPS files created by Acrobat work very well in Frame.

Note that you'll only see the TIFF preview in Frame, which will probably be blurry, but the EPS data will print and that should be as sharp as the original.
