I used to use PSP for screen shots too, but then I found SnagIt. Now
I use PSP only for touching up bitmapped graphics. SnagIt _is_ faster
and easier to set up and use than PSP.

One of SnagIt's many features is the ability to caputure menus, either
with or without the menu bar, _and_ the ability to capture cascaded
menus! Another very useful one is the choice of Color Conversion
Filter, applied as the screen is being captured: None, Monochrome,
Halftone, Greyscale, Custom.
