> How soon do you anticipate leaving your current

I voted for "I do not know", as there's no way of
knowing how long I'll be at any job. I expected to be
at my last job for many, many years, as it was a great
job with a great group. But, companies get bought and
sold, stupid decisions are made, and within a half a
year 97% of the company is out of a job. :-/
My current job is going well, but again, who knows
what will happen. I could be here for 10 years, or I
could be out of here next week.
So why post all this? Well, to get to the root of the
poll (I think):
How stable do you think our current work situations
are? Better yet, how stable is yours? I notice that
the #1 response so far has been "I do not expect to
leave". This really makes me curious as to why...
