are you sure this isn't a style being applied to the text you're copying
into your new document, position? I've found in the past that sometimes
Word will apply a style either based on the style that was already there or
based on the Normal style. Take a look at your styles and see if one isn't
being applied when you copy that section of text.

A little quirk I have discovered with MSWord,

Every time I copy something and paste it into Word (so I can either save it
or print it out for future reference) all the text is underlined.

This currently is no more than mere aggravation as it is easy to highlight
all the text and remove the underlining. However, it is easy to see how
this may cause problems if words in the text are already underlined.

Has anyone else experienced this or is there some default setting I know
nothing about?
