The structure will be determined by the results of doing a task analysis
of the system. You need to find out how the users will be using the
system to accomplish whatever their tasks are.

That's the deceptive thing about GUIs - they may look like they are
designed around how users go about their business, but not always.
Documenting a GUI for a system is not the same as documenting the
system.

Any samples you get are going to reflect somemone else's analysis or
approach to a different system. You need to go back and find out what
the users will be doing with the system, and start from there.
