Information Mapping is a method of organizing and presenting information in a
specific "block" or map format. You can contact Information Mapping, Inc. at
(617) 890-7003. (I no longer have their email address available.) It has been
several years since I have used it, but, as I recall, it worked quite well for
creating reference materials and procedures.
