Right on, Herm. About half the time I contract with a new client I find
within the first week or so that I'm asked about doing something that was
never mentioned in the initial description or any of the interviews.
Sometimes it's something really interesting/challenging that I welcome, but
other times it's something really boring like, "Can you do PowerPoint
presentations?" BTW, my response to PowerPoint questions is usually
something like, "Yes, but it would be a much better use of my time to let me
train one of the _______ to do them."

FWIW, in my experience PowerPoint questions only come up in MS Office
environments. Never heard one in a Frame environment. That, more than Word
vs. Frame, is a bigger issue for me.
