Awhile back I checked into this myself. On Microsoft's site they have pages
what use the term as one word, two words, capitalized or not, all on the
same page. On the Yale Style Manual
(http://info.med.yale.edu/caim/manual/contents.html) they consistently use
the form "Web site," two words with the first capitalized, unless it is in a
title, where both are capitalized.
