Would this include the co-worker at my previous job who not only made up
half of his resume, but also listed every accomplishment I ever had on his
resume?

Most of the time I just laughed it off, but there was one time we both
applied for the same job.

They must have seen through him, however, because he never got an interview
and I was their pick for the job (until it disappeared in a merger).
