I actually forwarded this review before david here pointed it out. We're
investing in a VPN to let people work from home and the one thing I've been
pushing is a GOOD personal firewall. When I forwarded this review to my
company, the deciding factor that they would require this to be used on home
PCs was the easy to follow documentation and set up procedures. The
statement I heard was, "means less for the IT people to hand hold."

I just skimmed through a short review of personal firewall software
available for free download, and it contains the following statement:

"Again, ZoneAlarm takes the points. We think it's better documented for the
average user, and we're concerned about Sygate's failure to include working
Internet links in its documentation."

The statement above is at the end of the second page of the review.

The full review is available at:

Another good example of how good documentation can help make or break a
product.
