I used to work in the medical field. If you think troublesome employees,
office politics, etc. are a headache, just wait till a patient's life is at
risk. This is a big part of the reason that I'm no longer in the medical
field. In an office, senior folks that cause trouble are a pain in the
neck...in a hospital doctors and other senior med people (nurses, etc.) can
kill someone. I tried different hospitals more than once, even different
states, then finally changed careers.
