documentation done.
However... I need help!
I'm working on a document that has multiple screenshots which are identified
by using the Caption style under the screenshot... such as Figure 12. The
screenshots are also identified in the text within parenthesis.. such as
"...as shown below.(Figure 12)
Is there a way to format ALL the screenshot captions... so that if
additional screenshots are later added to the document, Word will
AutoFormat/AutoNumber the captions automatically without having to renumber
manually? ALSO... how can I "link" the screenshot style/caption to the
identifying text so that the caption and the text automatically change when
new screenshots are later added?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! You can reply directly if you'd
like.
