For now, I am trying to gauge reactions to ideas in re proposal writing
discussions. There are usually good arguments pro and con--e.g., the pros
and cons of specialization. A proposal writers' list would probably attract
a few individuals who wouldn't join techwr-l to get access to proposal
writing discussions among many others. But this is only data gathering at
this point. - Herm
