Well, my REAL answer to "where do you see yourself in 5 years" is "All I 
want to do is make more money and stay out of trouble."  But that doesn't go 
over real well either. :)

I did shock them a bit when confronted with a "describe how to tie a shoe" 
writing test.  I asked for a shoe.  I mean, you don't write a procedure for 
a task from memory, do you?  When the paramedics restored their breathing, I 
let them know that the night before I had indeed gotten a shoe and created a 
procedure for tying it, complete with index and glossary entries, which I 
then handed over (in my own regrettable block printing).

Now, hands please... Who here learned to tie their shoes by looking it up in 
the manual?
