Alternative to Lotus ScreenCam

Dear All

Can anyone advise of an alternative to Lotus ScreenCam?

I need a product to record a user's actions when using a system.

The resulting movie needs to be saved as an AVI. 

The product needs to operate on Windows 2000 and to have a trail or demo
version available to download from the Internet.
