I used several rather thick tomes on the subject of contracts and the
relevant laws, each credited to a staff of several lawyers as the authors,
researching a book I wrote on the subject of contracts for consultants.

The text books were wonderful, full of information, clearly written,
easy to read, and the result was a very successful book of my own, one of my
most successful.

I have no reason to believe that the lawyers credited were not the
actual authors. - Herm
