Since countless people have asked for the results so far, the two books most
often recommended for the Intermediate/Advanced Word user are:

Bill Camarda's book "Special Edition Using Microsoft Word 2000" by Que.

and

(most often recommended)

The Woody Leonhart book (Special Edition: Using Microsoft Office 2000) seems
to be the winner hands-down so far.
