The QA manager told me that we would have to establish procedures on how
to perform QA for our technical writing department. Does anybody have QA
procedures for technical writing (manuals, brochures, proposals, website
(?) etc.)? If you have recommendations on how to establish procedures,
specifically for technical writing, I would really appreciate it.
Sylvia
