If your only purpose is to produce content - and not to design a DTD
or style sheet - you can learn all you need to know in less than an
hour. You might also look for XML editors, which are starting to
become reasonably widespread.

If you need to design documents or style sheets, do a web search.
You'll find thousands of on-line resources about XML. Your only real
problem will be figuring out how to narrow your search.

Or, if you prefer, pick a couple of books up at your local bookstore
and start reading. Again, your only problem will be selecting the
ones to focus on.
