I'd say it isn't your monitor as much as it is your computer.....
especially if you have to reboot. I'd look first at the video card,
then the motherboard. I once had a motherboard that kept "losing" the
keyboard and/or the mouse....that was "special" .... especially when
they both went out and I had a big Word doc open!
