Tracy, you have a good point. That's why I DO make sure to include all relevant
job titles when discussing new positions. Those positions that I've held that
didn't have meaningful (from a TW perspective) titles, I've made sure were
described well enough to allow a reader to know I'm qualified.

And that's the bottom line in job searches and negotiations, to let prospective
client/employers know that I am qualified. Beyond that, it's just so much
noise.
