It seems to me that a reasonable reading of your original comments is that they
were directed at HTML, not at the poor design and implementation of it at the
site in question. I know that's what I reacted to. I'm neither a Microsoft
supporter nor a Microsoft basher.

I'm sorry but I'm still not able to make the leap from "A real reason not to
use HTML for online documentation" to Microsoft designed and implemented this
part of their site badly.
