Eh?

What I said - and what you originally said, for that matter - have nothing
to do with the requirement of a specific browser, the lack of
cross-references in a partcular document, or the evils of Microsoft.

You condemned the HTML format for online documentation because one document
in HTML is poorly organized. If we couldn't use any format that made it
possible to present information without basic tools such as a TOC or index,
we'd have a very difficult time indeed.
