And, please, if you write a process document, can you share the template for
it? I've never thought about how to write a process document before and
might not ever have to do it. I'd hate to re-invent the wheel. But if you
share the template, I'm not *really* trying to steal. I just need to get the
doc done so I get a paycheck. <grin>
