Sometimes there IS justice and we even get to see it! Serves the guy right for
not listening!

As I mentioned earlier, I had a similar experience when my FM license was the
same one already issued to another holder. Like Emily, I was NOT a happy camper!
But at least I did get my very own serial number out of them!
