My response:

I misspoke (where's an editor when you need one?). I made it sound like I
meant the interface was superior. That's not what I meant (I really think
both interfaces kind of suck). I meant that for the job (technical
documentation) it was superior. Of course, I should have added "In my
opinion" or "for what we use it for," etc. I certainly don't have religious
loyalty to Frame and would use another product if I thought it did a better
job. And I certainly don't want to instigate a holy war over products.
