Well, as someone who hates websites with "soundtracks" and doesn't think embedding fonts is a good enough reason to use a Flash file, these arguments are not exactly tempting to me. :-) I *have* seen good uses of Flash... can't point one out right now, of course... but I think the good ones are usually *not* the ones that make you say "oh, look -- Flash." When the content is so good that you don't even notice Flash is involved, it's a good use of Flash.
